Resources for Primary Schools
The main primary school resource is the CWR film, ‘Sara’s Story’, which you can see on the right.
The film is an adaptation of the CWR primary school assembly.
It’s based around the story of a rucksack, and Sara, its owner, a refugee girl.
The film reflects issues that affect refugees, and we’ve created some activities for classes to do in combination with the film.
We recommend reviewing the film before sharing it with classes, as it does include representations of war, and you may feel it’s not suitable for some of your students.
