The next CWR/Lives of Colour Book Group is on Tuesday 7 December 2021, 7:30pm on Zoom.

The book this month is Incomparable World, by S.I. Martin.

Chosen as one of the Black Britain Writing Back series curated by Bernardine Evaristo and described as ‘a rollicking thriller’, Incomparable World tells the story of 3 black Americans who fought for the British in the American Revolution in order to win their freedom. They seek refuge in London where their life on the margins leads them to concoct a daring scheme for a better future.
